The kick-off meeting of the project took place on 30th November and 1st December at the University of Salamanca. The aim of the meeting has been to improve communication processes between the partners and to plan the tasks to be developed before the next face-to-face meeting. In addition, the meeting has been used to practice yoga and understand the benefits of this discipline.
